Digital goods — no physical shipping
Unheard Path sells digital audio walking tours. There is no physical product and no shipping. After payment, access is delivered by unlocking the tour in the Unheard Path iOS app.
Delivery
Delivery is electronic and typically immediate after successful payment and account handoff. If unlock fails, contact [PLACEHOLDER: support email] with your purchase reference.
Refunds
Because tours are digital goods delivered on purchase, refunds are generally not available once the entitlement has been granted, except where required by applicable law or at our discretion for verified technical failure to deliver access.
Chargebacks and payment disputes may result in revocation of the associated tour entitlement.
